Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Mandy Delerme was brought up with strong values and a determined work ethic that has clearly shown throughout her career. A graduate of Penn State University with a BSBA in Marketing and International Business, she relocated to Raleigh, NC, and spent the early part of her career in sales helping clients enhance their company’s image and safety. In 2012, Mandy decided to move to Asheville, NC to pursue her passion for cooking and to obtain a degree from A-B Tech’s Culinary Arts Program. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she combined her culinary experience and love for serving others to open a personal chef business that served gourmet meals to weekly clients across WNC. Mandy prides herself in providing her clients with an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism.
After starting a family, Mandy transitioned into real estate by working from home as a Transaction Coordinator and Virtual Real Estate Assistant for busy agents. Her previous experience in sales and serving people made real estate an easy choice.
Mandy understands that real estate is far from just a business transaction.
“It’s not just a matter of signing paperwork. It’s about relationships. Buying or selling your home can be a stressful and overwhelming endeavor. This is where our team steps in. We want to make this easy and enjoyable for you. If we agree to work together, you will receive honesty and transparency, you will hear from me throughout every step of the process, and you will hear from me often.”
She finds that the very best way to help her clients is to fully understand their needs and do her best to take the stress out of buying or selling their home. Mandy’s natural empathy and loyalty drives her to listen, learn and advocate for you as a client. As a recent homebuyer and Transaction Coordinator, Mandy truly understands these crucial aspects and she would be honored to work with you on your next transaction!

In 2020, he was featured as a “Rising Star” in the Asheville Real Producers magazine, and he is on track to close more than $15 million in sales volume this year as his business continues to grow.
The summer of 2020 saw the formation of “The Plyler Team” – the first Real Estate Team within Lusso Realty.
David attributes his success in Real Estate to his approach to the business:
“Real estate is a people business, not a property business,” says David. “You have to be able to connect with each client you work with, as they are all different, and you must be able to adapt and change with the business. Educate yourself about what can go wrong in a transaction and learn how to avoid it. If you don’t know, ask. Make good contacts that you can rely on. And always be honest.”
An avid outdoorsman, David enjoys many of the recreational activities that Asheville and the surrounding areas offer in abundance. David Plyler has integrity and an in-depth knowledge of the Asheville area, providing professional and competent services to assist you in finding your perfect home in the mountains.
